Welcome to the Blue House Blog!
The Blue House, an 1890’s Victorian on the Eastside of Indianapolis, is home to Angie’s List magazine and the Angie’s List magazine staff (while they’re at work, of course - though it often feels like home ). We’ll write regularly on this site about a lot of things. We’ll ponder the trials and tribulations of working in an old home, tell you about entertaining happenings around the Angie’s List campus, and discuss what’s going on in your city.
Personally, I know I’ll write some posts about List-en up!, our Angie’s List podcast that, as of today, features video (hurrah!!!) and audio stories about homeownership, contractors, service companies, and other stuff that you’ll find useful, interesting, and hopefully entertaining. In today’s newly released episode, some of us Blue House Bloggers followed an energy auditor around the home while she inspected it and — surprise (not!) — found out that it’s as inefficient as it looks.
As you keep up with what’s going on in and around the Blue House (and in your area), feel free to start a conversation with us and other readers by clicking the “comments” button on any of the posts. And if you have any questions, let us know!
<<UPDATE 4/22/08: As of today, you can check out posts from our old blog, too! Their dates will be the same day they were originally written.>>

Wow! That is an awesome logo. You guys must have some amazingly talented designers working there. I would love to meet the guy who made that logo. I bet he’s extremely handsome. XOXOXO
